These terms apply to B2B sales by Atelier Georgia to validated resellers and prescribers. Orders are placed via the pro space after account validation.
1. Orders
Every order placed in the pro space is subject to a request validated by Atelier Georgia before production. Standard lead time is 8 weeks after confirmation, or one week if the products are in stock at the workshop.
2. Pricing
Prices shown in the pro space are net (excl. VAT), in euros, specific to each reseller. They may be revised at any time; pending orders remain at the price agreed at validation.
3. Delivery
Delivery within mainland France: €50 excl. VAT shipping. Free above 10 m². Delivery times add to production lead times.
4. Payment
Payment by bank transfer at 30 days net from invoice date, unless a specific condition is negotiated.
